Quantum Day 2024 - Vienna
On April 12, 2024, Quantum Day took place in Vienna at the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation, and Technology (BMK). It was organized in close cooperation with our Photonics Austria Quantum Working Group!
With a wide range of presentations, company stands, experiments, and many other exciting and applied program items, this event was aimed particularly at school and university students.
The more than 150 participants learned what quantum technologies are and where they are used. They also gained insights into various companies and research institutions active in this field.
This event was organized in collaboration with CARLA 360.

Workshops Project "PHORSCH! - Photonik für Schulen!"
The PHORSCH! project aims to help students understand photonics and its practical applications through hands-on experimentation. Four different workshops are offered, tailored to individual needs and interests. (Note: Details about the individual workshops can be found on our German website)
