PhotonHub Europe
One-Stop-Shop Open Access to Photonics Innovation Support for a Digital Europe
The main goal of PhotonHub Europe is to create a pan-European center for digital photonic-innovation. Austria will be represented by JOANNEUM RESEARCH and their technological Support while Photonics Austria will act as a networking partner.
Photonhub Europe will kick off early 2021 and will publish any open positions continuously.
In this project, an intelligent and fast introduction to photonic technologies and competitive digital businesses are supplied to European SMEs. This will create over 1000 new high-tech jobs in the EU and additional venture capital of nearly 1 billion euro.

- Support on Education and aquiring additional qualifications
- Guidance in the search for investors
- “Test-before-invest” – Innovation funding
