Photonics4Industry
Cluster Excellence in Photonics for Industrial Modernisation
Das übergeordnete Ziel der Photonics4Industry-Partnerschaft besteht darin, die Exzellenz des Clustermanagements zu stärken, Austauschmöglichkeiten zu schaffen und eine nachhaltige paneuropäische strategische Partnerschaft von fünf Photonik-Clustern aufzubauen, um die Modernisierung der Industrie zu beschleunigen und insbesondere die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMUs) unter den Mitgliedern zu verbessern.
Das Vorhaben wird durch die Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Partnerschaftsstrategie, die Verbesserung der Cluster-Exzellenz, die Entwicklung neuer Dienstleistungen für Clustermitglieder, die Förderung von Peer-Learning mit dem ClusterXchange-Mobilitätsprogramm und die Umsetzung gemeinsamer Business-to-Business- (B2B) und Cluster-to-Cluster- (C2C) Aktivitäten erreicht. Dies beinhaltet zusätzlich den Einbezug von Clustern außerhalb der Photonikindustrie, die Verknüpfung mit EU- und regionalen Strategien, sowie die Erarbeitung einer intelligenten Spezialisierung, und die Steigerung des Bewusstseins für Photonik und das österreichische neue Ökosystem und seine digitale Plattform.
Strategische Ziele
- Entwicklung der notwendigen Fähigkeiten und Initiativen, um neue interregionale KMU-Wertschöpfungsketten und Lösungen im Zusammenhang mit der industriellen Modernisierung zu entwickeln und zu etablieren, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern und den internationalen Marktzugang für Photonik-KMU zu verbessern
- Weiterentwicklung der Fähigkeiten von Clustermanagern zur Unterstützung von KMU bei der industriellen Transformation und Ausbau des diesbezüglichen Beitrags von Clustern
- Gemeinsames Dienstleistungsportfolio und gemeinsamer Aufbau von Know-how durch Zusammenarbeit von Photonik-Clustern, die auch auf Industriecluster und andere externe Akteure ausgedehnt wird.
Photonics4Industry wird mindestens 100 Unternehmensbesuche über das ClusterXchange-Programm in mindestens 5 europäischen Ländern realisieren. Mindestens 12 Mitarbeiter des konsortiums werden ihre Clustermanagement-Fähigkeiten verbessern und 250+ KMUs werden von 20+ neuen individuellen und gemeinsamen Dienstleistungen profitieren, die im Rahmen des Projekts entwickelt werden. Mit mindestens 2 nicht aus der Photonikindustrie stammenden Clustern und mit mindestens 5 etablierten Innovationsnetzwerken werden Kooperationsvereinbarungen eingegangen.
