Fraunhofer Photonica Summer School

The Fraunhofer Group for Light & Surfaces is organizing the Fraunhofer Photonica Summer School for the third time, aimed at bachelor’s and master’s students interested in photonics. This year, the one-week study trip will take place at three Fraunhofer institutes in southern and western Germany.

- 22nd to 27th September 2025
- Locations: Freiburg (Breisgau) – Karlsruhe/Ettlingen – Aachen
About the Summer School:
Participants will gain comprehensive insights into application-oriented research in photonics. In addition to fascinating lectures, there will be hands-on exercises and opportunities for networking with experts and fellow students. Accommodation costs and travel between institute locations will be covered.
