Das Photonik Karriere Camp für Student*innen und Post Docs (Early Stage Researcher)
Photonik – die Technologie des Lichts – und ihre Anwendungen wie Sensorik, Laser, LED, Quantentechnologie, Photovoltaik, Spektrometrie und viele mehr bieten eine unglaubliche Vielfalt an Optionen in der modernen Arbeitswelt. In Österreich hat sich eine starke Photonik-Industrie etabliert, die Nachwuchskräfte sucht.
Das CARLA Camp verspricht ein spannendes mehrtägiges Programm mit Einblick in die Welt der Photonik für Studierende und Absolvent*innen aller naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtungen.
Dies beinhaltet Podiumsdiskussionen, Workshops, Labortouren als auch einen Hackathon. Geführte, persönliche Networking-Sessions mit Experten aus Wissenschaft und Industrie, egal ob Start-up oder global Player, bieten eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, die Weichen für deine Karriere in der Photonik zu stellen!
Photonics Austria lädt Nachwuchsforscher*innen, Hochschul- und Universitätsstudent*innen ein, Teil des CARLA-Netzwerks zu werden. Die Anmeldung wird in Kürze freigeschaltet und erfordert die Einreichung des eigenen Lebenslaufes. Alle Teilnehmer*innen aus dem Aus- und Inland können sich mittels Motivationsschreiben für ein Reisestipendium inkl. Kost & Logis bewerben.

The Photonics Career Camp for Students and Post Docs (Early Stage Researcher)
Photonics – the technology of light – and its applications such as sensors, lasers, LEDs, quantum technology, photovoltaics, spectrometry and many more offer an incredible variety of options in the modern working world. A strong photonics industry has established itself in Austria and is looking for young talent.
The CARLA Camp promises an exciting multi-day programme with insight into the world of photonics, for students and graduates of all scientific disciplines.
This includes panel discussions, workshops, lab tours as well as a hackathon. Guided, personal networking sessions with experts from academia and industry, whether start-ups or global players, offer a unique opportunity to set the course for your career in photonics!
Photonics Austria invites young researchers, university and college students to become part of the CARLA network. The registration will open soon. Required is the submission of your CV. All participants from Austria and abroad can apply for a travel grant including board and lodging by submitting a letter of motivation.
