SUMMARY:Quantum Sensing in Industry and Research 2027
DESCRIPTION:Scope of the conference\nQuantum sensing has gained significant momentum over the past decade\, establishing itself as a promising alternative to classical instrumentation in terms of sensitivity\, cost\, and application-specific performance. #QSL27 – The Linz conference on Quantum Sensing in Industry and Research aims to bridge the gap between fundamental quantum physics and applied industrial research\, with a particular focus on translating quantum-enabled measurement techniques from the laboratory into practical non-destructive testing applications. \nThe conference covers a broad range of topics\, spanning next-generation quantum photonics for applied metrology\, nonlinear interferometry and sensing with undetected photons\, quantum magnetometry (NV-center diamond sensors and optically pumped magnetometers)\, as well as advances in atomic and nuclear clocks. \nThe event aims to drive the development of competitive and robust quantum sensors capable of surpassing the limitations of classical metrology. #QSL27 promotes exchange between research and industry\, bringing together the international research community and industry leaders to foster collaboration and accelerate progress at the interface of fundamental science and practical application.
