DESCRIPTION:The Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (IQOQI) Innsbruck of the Austrian Academy of Sciences is celebrating its 20 years with a Summer School for students in September 2024. \n  \nIQOQI Summer School 2024 (jointly organized with the IQOQI-Vienna) \nSeptember 09 – 13\, 2024 | Innsbruck & Vienna\, Austria \n  \nThe IQOQI Summer School 2024 will give you the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the fields of quantum optics and quantum information and into the fascinating quantum physics research conducted in Innsbruck and Vienna.\nThe course subjects will be covered in about 10 lectures by renowned scientists from the Institutes of Quantum Optics and Quantum Information of the Austrian Academy of Sciences as well as from the University of Innsbruck and the University of Vienna. In addition\, students will be given the opportunity to visit the state-of-the-art laboratories at both locations. There will also be a poster session for students to present their research.\nThe Summer School is primarily aimed at students at a masters or early PhD level.
