DESCRIPTION:Be a part of Germany’s largest doctoral student conference on Optics and Photonics. This year it will be held in Arnstadt\, Thuringia. Submissions are accepted now.\n\n\nAbstract submission deadline: July 31st\, 2022\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSubmit Abstract \n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nWhat is DoKDoK?\n\n\nDoKDoK is a scientific conference for doctoral (PhD) students\, master students and post-docs in all areas of Optics and Photonics. The conference is organised by a team of doctoral and master students in Friedrich Schiller University Jena and aims to help young researchers to connect with each other\, exchange knowledge and polish their conference presentation skills. In addition to talks from students\, DoKDoK hosts keynote talks from experts both in academia and industry. DoKDoK 2022 will feature keynote talks by: \n\nProf. Dragomir Neshev (Australian National University)\,\nProf. Kurt Busch (Humboldt-University of Berlin)\,\nProf. Caterina Cocchi (University of Oldenburg)\,\nProf. Christian Eggeling (Friedrich Schiller University Jena)\,\nDr. Ioannis Paradeisanos (INSA Toulouse)\,\nDr. Gabrielle Thomas (Menlo Systems)\,\nDr. Richard Hollinger (Zeiss).\n\n\n\n\n  \nWhere and when is DoKDoK 2022?\n\n\nDoKDoK 2022 will held from 29th August 2022 to 2nd September 2022 \, Thuringia. The conference venue is located in Hotelpark Stadtbrauerei Arnstadt in a green and idyllic environment with a good travel connection.\n\n\n  \nWhat topics does DoKDoK 2022 cover?\n\n\nTechnical sessions will cover topics including Ultrafast Optics\, Non-linear Optics\, Biophotonics\, Spectroscopy\, Microscopy & Imaging\, Micro- & Nanooptics\, Quantum Optics\, Optical Sensing & Metrology\, Optical System Design\, Semiconductor Optics\, Fiber Optics\, and more.\n\n\n  \nHow can I participate in DoKDoK 2022?\n\n\nDo not miss the chance to participate in DoKDoK 2022 by presenting a talk or poster. In both cases\, a one-page abstract for review and publishing is required. LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates are available at our Homepage.
